Registration and/or use of the www.sartoriasagripanti.it website (the “Website”) implies that you (“User”) accept the Terms of General terms in this document. The use of the website and/or acceptance of the General Terms at registration represent an agreement between you and the Sartoria Sagripanti. If you do not agree to the following General Terms, you will not be authorized to use the website and services provided by the Company. These General Terms only govern the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of product purchase orders on www.sartoriasagripanti.it, website users, and the Company.

All rights are reserved unless otherwise specified. Any content such as trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs are trademarks of the Company or third parties that have granted the relevant rights. Unauthorized use of content or any use by the Customer that is considered inconsistent with these General Terms is prohibited.
2. Conclusion of the contract with the Company
To conclude the purchase agreement of one or more products on www.sartoriasagripanti.it you must fill out an order form in electronic format and send it to the Company, in the electronic transmission of the data, following the instructions. The contract is considered concluded when the Company receives, in the electronic transmission of the data, the order form from the User, after verification of the correctness of the included data. Once the contract is concluded, the Company will take on the Customer’s purchase order. The Company has the right not to follow up on those orders that may prove that it has insufficient creditworthiness guarantee or that it proves incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are not available. In each of these cases, the Company will inform you that you will not be able to execute the order by specifying their reasons. 3. Delivery times
The delivery times of the goods ordered by the website vary depending on the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions of the order. The shipment will be organized within 7 business days of payment and registration of the credit. The delivery deadlines are approximate and non-binding for the Company.
4. Delivery of the goods
At the delivery of the goods the Customer must verify:- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the cargo policy- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes in case of tampering and/or damage the Customer will have to immediately notify the shipment and/ or delivery by placing the inscription “goods not selected for …” (write the reason) on the bill received by the courier or any other operator. As a result, the customer will have to report any damage within 3 days of receiving the goods in the manner planned by the operator who made the shipment.
5. Shipment tracking
You can track the status of any shipment online thanks to the tracking code that the system sends to the customer’s email address once the shipment has been sent and contains information about the courier used, the shipping code and instructions on how to track the shipment.
6. Undo or change an order
To change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, you must contact the Company in a timely manner by emailing info@sartoriasagripanti.com or on the phone on39 06 6876413 by specifying the reference number.
